Need a handy reference to determine the right pipe size for your job? We think you’ll find this resource invaluable, especially when someone asks for a Link Seal and only tells you the pipe size, rather than the actual outside diameter (OD).
How to Use the Chart
Across the top of the chart, the numbers reference the pipe schedule (or pipe thickness). At Mechanical Equipment, the most popular pipe sizes are Standard Weight, Schedule 40 or Schedule 80, which is used primarily for condensate return. The bold black number is the pipe OD and the gray number underneath is the weight per foot. Most of the time, you will only be looking for the pipe OD measurement, but the weight is here for you as well.
